A quick note of thanks
I just wanted to take a moment to thank the many people who sent the kind thoughts after my recent visit to the emergency room. Some painful twinges since then, but no repeat performance of the pain that sent me to the hospital, thankfully.
I also wanted to thank the many people who offered their condolences on the loss of our dog, Ingrid. many of you had your own dog stories, too. Thank you for sharing. We still have our dog, Nelson, thankfully, and it won’t be long before we find another companion for him. But our hearts will never be the same.
To say it’s been a rough couple of weeks in Wigdersonland is an understatement.
But life still goes on. The ninth anniversary of this blog (between the two websites) came and went without much observation this year. Thanks for coming to site and reading these posts after all of these years.
While I haven’t been posting as much here lately, I can still be read over at the MacIver Institute, every Thursday at the Waukesha Freeman, and often at RightWisconsin. I’m also on Facebook and Twitter, so check me out there as well.
Again, thanks for your readership.
