State Senator Mary Lazich’s staffer, Journal Sentinel blogger, and WISN fill-in Kevin Fischer goes off the deep end. At least he used a good picture. I could have a contest to determine what is the point of his blog post, but I’m betting it would be a contest without winners. I’m guessing [...]

Owen Robinson’s endorsed candidates made it through the primary for school board in West Bend.
The talk of “flat Earthers,” book burnings, creationism, abolishing Pi, will really heat up now. How long until the first charge of racism?

Cory Liebmann, formerly of the self-described “partisan” organization One Wisconsin Now, has sent an unbelievably large open records request to State Representative Leah Vukmir’s office. Among the targets of this fishing expedition is, well, me.
1. All email from 7/1/08 through 1/20/10 for Rep. Vukmir, Dean Cady and Matthew Adamczyk (only in his capacity [...]

Owen Robinson offers his support for gays in the military.
…I think it’s a bit ludicrous to exclude people from military service based on their sexual preference. The military is a very merit-oriented profession where their job is to blow up stuff and kill people. If they do that well, why do we care [...]

I think it’s a manufactured controversy by some zealots on the Left who are looking for an issue to oppose some specific candidates. As I [...]

It’s 2010, the year someone loses a contact.
Once again, it’s time to shake the magic martini shaker and see into the future.  Four or five ought to do it.  If we stare at the olive in the glass long enough, a vision slowly appears.  A vision of things to come, and another refill.  This year, [...]

Time once again to look back at the predictions of last January.  Robert Heinlein’s character Lazarus Long said that Cassandra did not get nearly the kicking she deserved.  Well, I hope I deserve better.
My predictions, 29 for 2009, are below, and the results are in italics.
1. Beer and alcohol prices will increase substantially due to [...]

Turns out Andrew Sullivan relies upon ghost writers more than Sarah Palin. One of his “ghost bloggers” at the Atlantic, Patrick Appel, just outed Sullivan as having multiple personalities when writing:
As always, it a pleasure to step in while Andrew gets some much needed rest. Guest-blogging is not all that different than my day-to-day activities [...]

It’s enough to make you go, “Awwwwww.” Although, I do note she said, “If”.

I blame Owen Robinson.
Update! I hope he makes enough for two. I’ll bring the ketchup.
