Is that all he did?
This father of a seventeen-year-old girl took a stun gun to a man who sent a naked picture of himself to the daughter.
An outraged father in French Valley, Calif., was arrested and charged with multiple felonies after allegedly using a stun gun on a man who “sexted” his 17-year-old daughter.
William Atwood Sr., 45, is accused of luring Justin Moore, 23, to his home, ordering him to strip down to his boxer shorts and tasering him on the shoulder. He told authorities he feared for his family’s safety after Atwood allegedly sent his teen daughter a picture of his genitals.
“It just kind of got out of hand,” Riverside County sheriff’s investigator Veronica Rico, told the Press-Enterprise newspaper.
Moore told authorities he agreed to meet with Atwood to discuss the text message. When he arrived at Atwood’s home, Moore said the 6-foot-2, 350-pound father of two greeted him with a shotgun, firing a shot into the air mere feet away from Moore, according to KTLA-TV. The younger man told officials that Atwood fired another shot as he dragged Moore into his home, allegedly ordering him to strip down to his boxer shorts and bounding his wrists and ankles with zip ties.
Atwood allegedly detained Moore for over an hour, telling him that he had connections with the Pechanga Native-American tribe and was going to have him buried on the reservation, court records said, according to KTLA.
Atwood’s mistake was not mentioning the shotgun or the Pechanga tribe to Moore prior to any date between Moore and Atwood’s daughter. If Atwood gets a true jury of his peers, fathers of teenage girls, there’s no chance of a conviction.
