Kramer supports budget repair bill
State Representative Bill Kramer came out in support of Governor Scott Walker’s budget repair bill.
“So it is, that once again, we must address budget shortfalls and reorganize the state budget because of a failure to maturely prioritize our state’s spending commitments,” an exasperated Representative Bill Kramer lamented.
This budget repair bill is the fifth time since 2000 that Wisconsin’s biennial budget had to be repaired because of overspending. The 2007-2009 biennial budget required two separate infusions of cash.
“Jim Doyle’s fiscal mismanagement left the state’s budget in shambles EVEN AFTER his extreme liberal enablers in the Legislature gave him nearly $5 billion in tax and fee increases,” remarked Kramer.
That’s how seriously this budget repair is needed. It’s not often you can be exasperated and lamenting at the same time.
