Make mine an extra Lorge to go
Josh Schroeder reports that Lorge is defending himself from the charge of sexually molesting a minor by using an automated telephone campaign. By the way, Josh believes Lorge is innocent.
Meanwhile, Jessica McBride is not willing to give him the chance on her radio show.
I’d hoped at one time that we could revisit Lorge’s reputation for oddness since his stances on the issues were a lot better than Kohl’s. Lorge is denying the accusations. I don’t have any way of knowing if they are true, but I will say that he won’t be welcome on my show again. As the mother of a 1-1/2 year old girl, I can tell you that, when it comes to allegations of molesting 3-year-olds, I’m not willing to take the chance. So, that’s it for Robert Lorge in my book.
It’s at times like this when you have to reach into the Democratic Party Playbook, turn to the trick plays, and pull out the old “Switch Torricelli” option.
Does anyone know Scott McCallum’s phone number?
Update! The Appleton Post-Crescent* reports, “A change in venue motion to move the case from Dane to Outagamie County is pending.” Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports Lorge’s attorney is claiming, “…the alleged victim, when deposed, could not recall the accusations outlined in the lawsuit.”
*If it’s really post-crescent, does that mean the newspaper is a full circle, a semi-circle or a”new moon”?
