My candidate for lieutenant governor can beat your candidate for governor
Here’s a fun first glance at the numbers. Not only did Tom Barrett (210,972) have less people vote for him in the primary than voted for Scott Walker (360,048) by a wide margin, but even Mark Neumann (237,944) did better than Barrett. Heck, Rebecca Kleefisch (256,318) had more people vote for her than Tom Barrett, and she was in a five-way primary. It’s not as if the Democrats didn’t have competitive primaries in Milwaukee and Dane County.
The Democrats are not exactly fired up, are they?
