Praise for inactivity
Jo Egelhoff is thankful Wisconsin’s Attorney General JB Van Hollen is not signing onto class action environmental lawsuits. Hey, it’s the least he can do.
Speaking of inactivity, the legislature passed a resolution in February authorizing the attorney general to file an amicus brief in the Heller case. Van Hollen’s office on February 28th requested the court allow him to do so past the deadline. The court granted permission on March 17th.
