Things are just fine. Thanks.

If you could get past the soap opera, you might have noticed the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Tennesee Titans 45-14. Even more impressive than the score, the Dallas Cowboys were 5 of 6 in the Red Zone, 2 for 2 goal to go efficiency. From

The Cowboys (2-1) punted only once and ran for 217 of their 369 total yards. Julius Jones ran 23 times for 122 yards and a touchdown.

Distraction? What distraction? This is a completely different team on offense this year. For the record, Terrell Owens caught 5 passes for 88 yards.

Also from

Tyson Thompson scored Dallas’ final touchdown on a 7-yard run. It was the first NFL touchdown in two seasons for Thompson, the only Cowboy ever to grow up in Irving, Texas, where the team practices and plays.

Unfortunately the game was marred by an ugly incident. Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth stomped on Dallas center Andre Gurode’s face while Gurode was on the ground and his helmet was off. Gurode left the game with blurry vision, and required stitches above his left eye. Haynesworth was ejected. Titans coach Jeff Fisher apologized to Bill Parcells after the game and promised to take action against Haynesworth if the league doesn’t.

Next week the soap opera continues as the Cowboys and Terrell Owens travel to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles after their tune-up game Monday night. I think the Eagles are playing the Little Sisters of the Poor or something.
