Trawicki endorses in 97th Assembly race

Seems to be the evening for endorsements. Waukesha County Sheriff Dan Trawicki is endorsing Brandon Rosner for state assembly in the 97th district. From the press release:brandon rosner

“Brandon Rosner is the leader Waukesha County, and specifically Wisconsin’s 97th Assembly District, needs to represent us at the Capitol,” stated Trawicki. He continued, “I have been impressed with Brandon and his vision for Wisconsin. Having served in the Waukesha County Sheriff’s department for 34 years, including 12 years as the Waukesha County Sheriff, I have maintained many relationships with the county’s elected officials. Brandon characterizes the commonsense, conservative principles we need from lawmakers in Madison. He is the candidate best qualified to carry out Governor Walker’s vision for Wisconsin. I can say without hesitation he has what it takes to get the job done.”

“I am thankful and honored to have the endorsement of Sheriff Trawicki,” Rosner responded. “His distinguished career is preceded only by his tremendous character, and it is my commitment to the residents of Waukesha, Mukwonago, and Genesee to live up to the quality candidate and legislator he so graciously sees in me,” concluded Rosner.

According to Rosner’s press release, apparently Rosner and Trawicki “share a passion” for hunting, fishing, the Brewers and the Packers. No word if they met through the personals.

I’m looking forward to the press release from a candidate touting an endorsement from somebody because they share a passion for whoring, drinking and gambling.

So we’ll run through the list of endorsements by elected officials again:
Scott Allen: State Sen Mary Lazich, County Board Chairman Paul Decker
Aaron Perry: Waukesha Mayor Shawn Reilly; and Aldermen Joe Pieper, Steve Johnson, Terry Thieme, Andy Reiland and Peter Bartels.
Brandon Rosner: Waukesha County Sheriff Dan Trawicki
Vince Trovato: State Rep Dan Knodl
