Kind ends the suspense

The MacIver Institute is reporting that Ron Kind and Steve Kagen will vote for the health care bill. National Review Online has the whip count at: Ayes: 211 Nays: 212 Undecided: 6.

Keep in mind that even if the Democrats fall one or two votes short, they will likely keep the vote open until they twist arms sufficiently to get the remaining votes to put them in the majority. It won’t be pretty.
